The whole of civilization is in a holocaust of pandemic, claiming more than millions infected and close to 0.7 million have been succumbed to death. Out of some few measures, hand washing with sanitizer has been recommended as a preventive hygienic practice. Health hygienic and nutrition of human being are organically dovetailed to each other; no one is achievable without considering the other. Hospitalization of a person in most cases is the failure story out of no or wrong hygiene and health practices. No one ever thought that a simple hand wash can even a savior to civilization. The book here attempts to highlight the perception and practices of health and hygienic practice followed by school going girls as well as school going children of both genders. The study is small but the implication is big.
