Dr. Shilpi Saini is an accomplished academic and researcher specialized in Economics. She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. With a stellar academic background, she holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is a Gold Medalist from her post-graduate studies. Her areas of specialization include Mathematical Economics and Econometrics, and her research interests span rural development, trade economics, and e-governance. Dr. Saini has published several research papers in well-known journals, focusing on topics, such as India-EU trade, rural development, and digital economies. Her award-winning research paper (2021) reflects her dedication to impactful academic inquiry. She has also presented her work at various national and international conferences. With a strong passion for research and teaching, Dr. Saini actively participates in workshops and training programs to stay updated with new methods and tools.

Dr. Neelam Joshi is a dedicated sociologist currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Sociology at the University of Rajasthan, where she has been teaching for the past seven years. She holds a specialization in Women’s Studies and has an extensive academic and research background in the field of sociology. Dr. Joshi is recognized for her expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She has actively participated in various national and international conferences, presenting research papers that reflect her scholarly engagement and contribution to contemporary sociological discourse. Her research work has been published in several reputed national and international journals. Her academic interests span a wide range of areas including Women and Child Studies, Tribal Studies, Gender Studies, and Social Inclusion and Exclusion. Dr. Joshi’s work is marked by a strong commitment to bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical social realities, making valuable contributions to the understanding of evolving social structures.
