This scholarly work offers a comprehensive and forward-looking examination of how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is transforming the landscape of modern education. It situates digital transformation within broader socio-technological changes and traces the evolution of ICT integration across educational contexts. By grounding the discussion in established theoretical and conceptual foundations, the book provides readers with a clear understanding of how technology-enhanced learning reshapes curriculum design, instructional practices, and learner engagement. It highlights the importance of digital literacy and 21st century competencies in preparing students to thrive in a rapidly changing, knowledge-driven global society. The volume presents an in-depth exploration of digital tools, platforms, and innovative pedagogical strategies that support interactive, collaborative, and student-centered learning environments. It critically examines online, blended, and flexible learning models, along with the development and use of open educational resources and digital content. The book also discusses personalized and adaptive learning systems that respond to individual learner needs. Beyond classroom instruction, it addresses the role of ICT in educational leadership, governance, and institutional management. Ethical dimensions, such as cybersecurity, data privacy, equity, and accessibility are thoughtfully examined to ensure responsible and inclusive digital transformation. The work further analyzes policy initiatives and global frameworks guiding ICT adoption in education, while exploring emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, immersive environments, connected devices, and blockchain applications.
