Dr. Mani Bhushan is an esteemed Assistant Professor-cum- Principal In-charge at Government Engineering College, Khagaria, Bihar with a distinguished teaching career spanning over six years, including four years of post Ph.D. experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering specializing in Water Resources Engineering from NIT, Patna. His commitment to advancing knowledge in civil engineering is underscored by his significant contributions to academic and research communities. Dr. Bhushan has authored over 25 research publications in renowned national and international journals and conferences, book chapters, books, popular articles, and other publications. His dedication to fostering excellence in education and research inspires colleagues and students alike.

Mr. Aditya Kumar is a dedicated educator currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Government Engineering College, Khagaria, Bihar. He holds a M. Tech. degree in Environmental Engineering from NIT, Patna. He brings knowledge and expertise to his teaching and writing.
