Dr. Pallavi, G., is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Extension in the University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot. She was awarded Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Extension from University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. She has 10 years experience in teaching, research and extension in the discipline. She has received Young Scientist and Young Faculty Awards from Science and Technology Awards. Also worked as a Principle Investigator (PI) and Co-PI in some of the Institute projects and also had exposure visits to many Institutes. She has attended many International, National seminars/conferences, Faculty/ Capacity Development Program and Training programs. She has in his credit several research papers published in reputed journals, book chapters, popular articles and other extension publications.

Dr. Pritam Tripathy is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fisheries Economics, Extension and Statistics at the School of Fisheries, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha. He holds a Ph.D. in Fisheries Economics from the ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai. His academic and research interests span fisheries economics, developmental and environmental economics, production economics, entrepreneurship development, evaluation methodologies, and statistical applications, with proficiency in analytical tools, such as SPSS, R, and Jamovi. Dr. Tripathy has an extensive research portfolio, including several publications in reputed national and international journals. He is presently serving as a Co Principal Investigator for a NABARD-funded project, and actively mentors post-graduate scholars while coordinating a range of extension initiatives focused on sustainable and innovative aquaculture practices. In addition to his teaching and research roles, Dr. Tripathy regularly conducts capacity building workshops and training programs to facilitate knowledge transfer and empower rural communities. His active engagement in district-level farmer scientist interactions and as a resource person in aquaculture training programs underscores his dedication to bridging research and practice.
