Since scoring in any objective or subjective exam require good writing skills, quality in the answer, completion of the answer within the stipulated time and word limit with originality difference and accuracy components. Dr. Dileep Kumar, born in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan did his B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) and M.Sc. (Ag.) Extension from S.K.R.A.U. Bikaner (Rajasthan), India, in the year 2001 and 2004 respectively. His area of research during Masters Degree in the University was on adoption of sprinkler system of irrigation in the Jhunjhunu District of Rajasthan. He pursued his Ph.D. degree from N.D.R.I. Karnal, (Haryana), on Critical Analysis of Dairy Co-operatives and Private Dairies in Rajasthan. He is closely associated with many national and international professional societies of Extension Education and published many research and popular articles. He remained a meritorious student during his academics. He is also pursuing PGJMC (Master in Journalism and Mass Communication) from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is founder chairman of Ram Mangalam Agri Rural Research foundation. A Rajasthan based NGO working for the betterment of lives of people.

Dr.Khajan Singh did his B.Sc. Dairying (DH), M.Sc. (Dairy Extension) and Ph.D. (Dairy Extension Education) from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, (Haryana). He joined Central Soil Salinity Research Institute, Karnal as ARS (Agricultural Extension) Scientist in February 1986. Presently working as Principal Scientist in the Division of Dairy Extension and has been engaged in teaching, research and extension for more than 9 (Nine) years. His area of research specialization includes dissemination of dairy innovations/information/technologies under rural conditions, impact assessment and identification of training needs of dairy farmers etc. Till today he has completed eight research projects as Principal Investigator and ten as a Co-Principal Investigator. He also worked as a group leader of inter-disciplinary team to under-take the transfer of dairy innovations under field conditions and technologies were popularized among farmers, students, subject-matter-specialists and high dignitaries through various methods, tools and techniques such as training, visits, radio talks and exhibitions etc. He has published more than 50 research papers, popular articles and technical bulletins in the field of dairy and agricultural extension. Dr. Khajan Singh has authored three books, two teaching manuals and also edited two books (Hindi). He is active member of four Professional Societies of Agricultural Extension at National level. Developed two knowledge tests for farmers one related to afforestation of salt affected soils and second regarding micro-irrigation technology for poor quality water areas. Guided several students (Both M.Sc. and Ph.D.) in the field of extension education concerning several issues in different agro climatic conditions of India. Delivered several lectures on AIR and actively participated in institution building activities.
