She is awarded with prestigious award of Government of Australia, Endeavour Research award-2008.Tamil Nadu Agricultural University awarded her with Best Researcher award during the year 2009.

DR. M.R. LATHA working as Assistant Professor (Soil Science) has 8 years experience in teaching, research and extension activities. She has published 6 national papers, 4 International papers and 10 abstracts.

DR. R. RAJESWARI working in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. She got Dr.K.K.Krishnamoorthy and Dr.G.Selvakumari awards in TNAU. She has six years of professional experience.
