Dr. Ivi Chakraborty (Date of Birth: 21.01.1969) is working as a Professor in the Department of Post Harvest Technology, Faculty of Horticulture, Mohanpur, Nadia, West Bengal. She has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. She has published more than55 research papers, 04 book chapters and number of technical bulletins in processing and value addition aspects. She has been handled almost 8 (eight) research projects as Principle and Co-Principle Investigator. At present, she is associated with one national and one international project. 05 students have been awarded the Ph.D. degree and 12 students completed M.Sc. degree in Post Harvest Technology under her guidance. She is the recipient of 'Eminent Scientist Award (2017) in the 'Inspiring Women Award Ceremony' in the field of Agriculture & Allied Sciences to be held at Rai Umanath Bali Auditorium, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on June 5th, 2017 (World Environment Day).She has also been received the prestigious 'Dr. J.S. Pruthi Award, 2016'from AFST(I), CSIR-CFTRI, India in the 26th ICF o ST (Indian Convention of Food Scientists & Technologists) being held at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad, TS, India on 7th December, 2017 for contribution in fruits and vegetables preservation. Other than this, she has also been received 06 nos. of 'Best poster awards' in different national and international conferences.

Dr. Riadh Ilahy (Date of Birth: 29.03.1979) atKheireddine, Tunis, Tunisia. Dr. Riadh Ilahy obtainedhis baccalaureate (experimental sciences) in 1998 from the technical secondary school, le Kram, then he started his higher education (biology/geology) at the Faculty of Science, Bizerte, Tunis, Tunisia until he finished his master degree and Ph.D. (Photochemistry) in 2011. He finished his Ph.D. after collaboration with Professor Marcello Salvatore Launce and Professor Giuseppe D'Alessandro from the University of Sale to. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at the National Agricultural Research Institute of Tunisia, Department of Horticulture. He is specialized in breeding for higher nutritional quality crops, mainly tomato and potato. He has published 3 Chapter of Books, 17Communications/posters and more than 33 scientific articles. He acted as an external examiner, paper reviewer for many international indexed and impacted Journals. He obtained the Amitom Young Researcher prize in 2014 from the HM and Clause Company for his research on chloroplast/chromoplsat of high-pigment tomato cvs. He has been bearing8 H-index, 8 I10 index with 419 citations in "Google Scholar" and an Rescore of 15. He has keen research Interest in Horticultural crop-breeding, Photochemistry, Natural antioxidants, Food chemistry and Post-harvest Technology.

Dr. Balaji Vikram has been serving in the teaching profession for more than 6 years. He got his Bachelor's degree in Agriculture in the year 2007, Master's in Agriculture Science with specialization in Horticulture, in 2009 from the prestigious Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Allahabad. Later on, he completed his Doctoral Research and was conferred Ph. D. in the year 2016 from SHIATS, Allahabad. He is also qualified ASRB (NET) in the field of Horticulture (Fruit Science). Dr. Balaji Vikram started his carrier as a Teaching Assistant from 2013 and joined Assistant Professor on July-2018, in the Department of Horticulture at SHUATS, Allahabad (U.P.),India. Besides contributing 100 publications, which include research papers, books and book chapters, extension articles, etc., he also delivered scientific guest lecture (Expert) at district level training programme(Krishak Goshthi, FSIP and Seasonal Mela's) conducted by Krishi Vibhagand Udyan Vibhag, U.P. He is invited regularly as horticulture expert at"Doordarshan", Allahabad. He also participated actively in NSS duringthe year 2008 to 2016. He received several awards Young Scientist Award,2012 from Bioved Research Society, Allahabad. (U.P.) and also Distinguished Service Award, 2016 from Society of Biological Sciences and Rural Development, Allahabad (U.P.), India. Dr. Vikram has membership of different National and International Societies and attended so many International/ National Symposia, conferences, etc. He is always willing to provide his services to the farming community, social service, educational society and to help the students.

Ms. Sujayasree O.J. is a Research Scholar in the Division of Post Harvest Technology, ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bengaluru, Outreach Campus of ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, India. She has completed B.Sc. Horticulture in the year of 2014, from UAHS, Shimoga and M.Sc. Post Harvest Technology (Horticulture) in the year 2016 from UHS, Bagalkot. She has attended 20 National/International symposiums or conferences/seminars and 3 trainings/workshops. She has done training on agricultural extension system management and Internship focused on food processing sectors at National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. She has published 2 books on Farmer's Handbook on Food Processing Technologies and Directory of Direct Marketing Agri-business Companies, respectively. She has more than 25 research articles and two technical bulletins. She is also one of the sub-editor in Research Journal of Chemical and Environmental Sciences. Also, secured Young Scholar Award, 2016, from Society for World Environment Food and Technology, New Delhi. Besides that she got awarded with Certificate of Merit during her Bachelor degree for her excellence in academics.

Mr. Arghya Mani (Date of Birth: 07-12-1993) is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Post Harvest Technology, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya(BCKV), Mohanpur, India. He has completed B.Sc. Horticulture and M.Sc. Phonology and Post Harvest Technology in the year 2015 and 2017, respectively. He has qualified ICAR-NET in Fruit Science. He has attended10 National & International conferences/seminars/symposium, 3workshops, 3 training programs. He has industrial training exposure of one month in "Overseas Agro-product Pvt. Ltd". As a 1st author he has got 1 book, 10 popular articles, 10 research papers, 15 book chapters, 7review papers published at both national and international level. Besides that he has successfully represented NGO's to discriminate knowledge related to horticulture technology and food processing at farmer's level. He is reviewer of "Journal of Agricultural and bio-chemical Sciences" and "International Journal of Agricultural Sciences". He is the advisory board member of "Cambridge Scholar Publishing". He got awarded with" Certificate of Merit" for his academic excellence during his bachelor' s degree. Beside that he has been awarded with "Best Oral presentation" three times in different events. He has also been awarded "Young Professional Award" twice in different seminars. He got awarded "Young Scientist Award" by SIRI society as well. Recently, he was felicitated with "Gold Medal" for 'Best Master Degree Thesis' during 6th convocation of Uttar Bang Krishi Vishwavidyalaya. He is the founder of Horticulture based website "Hortipedia India". He is also the founder and Editor-in chief of online magazine "Agriculture & Food: e-Newsletter". At present, he is working on diverse aspects, related to minor and underutilized fruits. He is actively doing research to ensure doubling of farmers' income by innovative processing technology.
