Dr. (Smt.) Shashi S. Yadav is a permanent resident of village Mangrouth, Post Office Gohand via Rath, District Hamirpur (U.P.) is working as Scientist, Soil Science at RVSKVV, College of Agriculture, Gwalior (M.P.). She is graduated from Agriculture College, Nagpur, Dr. P.D.K.V. Akola. Thereafter she did her M.Sc. (Ag.) in Soil Science with specialization in land resource management from Dr. P.D.V.K. Akola in collaboration with ICAR-NBSS & LUP, Nagpur, Maharashtra and Ph.D. in Soil Science from MPUA & T, Udaipur. She has received ICAR JRF for M.Sc. (Ag.) and SRF for Ph.D. (Ag.) in Soil Science, passed ICAR-NET in Soil Science-Penology in 1997. She is recipient of Young Scientist award in 2016 and Best Teacher award in 2018 by academy for Environment & Life Science. Her area of interest of research is Soil Science-Penology. She is published more than 20 research papers in NAAS related journals, 8 technical bulletins and 6 Chapter in edited books.

Dr. Surendra Kumar Verma born in 1954 and graduated in science discipline from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 1974. He completed his post graduation in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry from JNKVV, Jabalpur in the year 1977. After post graduation he joined services as Jr. Scientist in the year 1978 in all India coordinated project on soil salinity and water management. After completing five years of his services he was allowed for joining as Ph.D. scholar from same university and completed degree in 1988. He has been Asstt. Professor/Jr. Scientist from 1978 to 1986 and Scientist/Associate Professor, 1986-2004 and got promoted as Professor/Principal Scientist in the year 2004. He has got published teaching/research experience of more than 40 years and published over 100 research papers. He has another of several chapters and books related to soil science.

Dr. Priyadarshani A. Khambalkar is presently working as Assistant Professor (SSAC) at RVSKVV, Co A, Gwalior, M.P. She is graduated from Anandan Niketan College of Agriculture, Warora, Dr. PDKV, Akola, Maharashtra. She did her M.Sc. (Ag.) in SSAC with specialization in LRM from Dr. PDKV Akola in association with NBSS & LUP. She completed her Ph.D. (SSAC) and awarded by Gold medal (RVSKVV, CoA, Gwalior, M.P.). She qualified ASRB- NET and appeared for interview ICAR-ARS, (2011). She is recipient of young Scientist Award of Society for Scientific and Social Development (2017). She has been awarded by best teaching associate award (2019) by Academy for Environment & Life Sciences.

Dr. Akhilesh Singh born in 1975. He did B. Tech in Agricultural Engineering in 1999 from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Allahabad and completed M. Tech. and Ph.D. in Soil and Water Engineering in 2002 and 2009, respectively from JNKVV, Jabalpur. He worked as SRF and RA for more than 7 years at College of Agricultural Engineering, J NKVV, Jabalpur. Presently he is working as a Scientist (Agril. Engg.) at RVSKVV, Gwalior since 2011. He has published more than 15 research papers in NAAS rated journal, 12 Technical bulletins/manuals/ practical manuals, one ISBN edited book too.
