Dr. (Mrs.) Seema  Tanwar has obtained her B.Tech. (Food Technology ) from C.D.F.S.T. in 2009, M. Tech. And Ph.D. (Processing and Food Engineering) from  C.T.A.E., M.P.U.A.T., Udaipur in 2014 and 2018, respectively . she has been working in College of Dairy and Food Science Technology as Technical Assistant , Senior Research Fellow and now as Guest Lecturer since 2009. She has 40 research and review publications in various international / national journals and seminars. Her field of interest are Food Engineering , Agricultural Processing and Dairy Engineering.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Dr. S.K. Jain is presently working as Professor, Department of Processing and Food Engineering , College of Technology and Engineering , Udaipur. He completed his B.E. (Ag.) degree from M.L. Sukhadia University , Udaipur in 1986, M. Tech. (Post Harvest Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1988 and Ph.D. from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur in 2007. He has more than 29 years of experience in teaching , and guided more than 20 PG Students for their dissertation . Dr. Jain published more than 70 International and National research articles including books, training and lab manuals, research papers.
