Dr. Somesh Kumar Meshram graduated (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Mhow (2010) and did his M.V.Sc. (2012) and in-service Ph.D. (2019) majoring in Livestock Products Technology from IVRI, Izatnagar. He joined as Assistant Professor in College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Rewa (M.P.) in 2012. Dr. Meshram is engaged in teaching and research on Livestock Products Technology since 9 years. Dr. Meshram has many publications including 20 research papers, 6 Book chapters and several popular articles and many abstracts in scientific symposium and conferences. He has got best research paper presentation award and Best Scientist award too. He is a lifetime member of Indian Meat Science Association, Indian Association of Veterinary Public Health Specialists, Indian Poultry Science Association and Dairy Technology Society of India.
Dr. Pranav Chauhan graduated (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from Nagpur Veterinary College, MAFSU, Nagpur, in 2014 and did his M.V.Sc. (2016) and Ph.D. (2019) majoring in Livestock Products Technology from IVRI, Izatnagar. Dr. Chauhan has been awarded 2-Gold Medals, 5-Silver Medals, from Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Nagpur, for highest CGPA in B.V.Sc. & A.H. He has got National Talent Fellowship (NTS) 2009, by I.C.A.R, AIR 2nd Rank in ICAR-JRF (PG) Animal Science 2014, Qualified with AIR 1 nd Rank in ICAR-SRF, ICMR-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by I.C.M.R, New Delhi. Dr. Chauhan has many publications including 15 research papers, 1 Book and 4 Book chapters and several popular articles and many abstracts in scientific symposium and conferences. He has got two best research paper presentation awards. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, graduated (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar in 2003 and did masters (M.V.Sc. in Livestock Products Technology) from the same institute in 2005. He completed in-service Ph.D. (LPT) programme from LUVAS, Hisar in the year 2016 and has about 15 years of teaching/research/extension experience Aboutthe Authors v in different capacity at Apollo College of Veterinary Medicine, Jaipur (2005-08) and Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur (2008-till date). The author has to his credit many publications & awards. He is actively involved in undergraduate and post-graduate teaching programme and his research area is livestock products (milk, meat, egg, etc). He is a lifetime member of Indian Association of Veterinary Public Health Specialists, Veterinary Practitioner, Indian Meat Science Association and Indian Poultry Science Association.
Dr. Narendra K Nayak, graduated (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Jabalpur (2001) and did masters (M.V.Sc. in Livestock Products Technology) from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar in 2004. He completed in-service Ph.D. (LPT) programme from DUVASU, Mathura in the year 2015 and has about 18 years of teaching/ research/extension/industrial experience in different capacity at College of Veterinary Science , Pantnagar, Fast Trax Food Pvt Ltd, New Delhi and Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur (Since 2006). Currently he is working as Associate Professor & I/C Department & Principal Investigator of research project. He published more than 35 Research article as well as more than 25 review and technical articles in the national and international journal of repute. Currently he is working on development of functional Kadaknath meat products and developed the technologies for Kadaknath chicken meat products. He has also guided 13 MVSc students. He is published of 8 UG and PG laboratory manual. He received Chief Minister Appreciation certificate for work done so far as veterinary cum technical expert for animal welfare during Sihashth mela Ujjain. He also received Global Eminent Scientist award. He got several best research paper presentation awards in different national and international symposium and conferences. He is a lifetime member of Association of Animal Scientist, Indian Society for sheep and goat Production & Utilization, Indian Meat Science Association and Indian Dairy Science Association.
