Dr.V. David Chella Baskar, basically an Agricultural graduate and holds his Ph.D in the Division of Agricultural Economics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University with his Post Graduation on Agricultural Economics from ANGRAU, Hyderabad. He has published more than 39 Research and Popular articles and also participated and presented papers in many International and National conferences and won several awards. He is having a work experience of 9 years in Teaching Research and Extension. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, College of Agriculture, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. M. Sathaiah, is working as Assistant Professor in economics at College of Agricultural Technology, Theni, Tamil Nadu, India with two years experience teaching and advising undergraduate students. He is much expertise in economics, statistics and agribusiness management. The author has attained both of his Post-graduation as well as his Ph.D. from Tamil Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He has been exposed to Elsevier as a lead author and also as reviewer. He is having strong statistical and economic analyzing capacity. The author has been as a member in various professional bodies. Dr. Raman, M.S. is working as Research Associate, ICARNIAP, KAB-II, New Delhi. He pursued his graduation from Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute, Karaikal, Tamil Nadu. Then he completed his Master’s and Doctorate degree in agricultural economics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He has worked in various schemes and project in different parts of India. With solid analytical skills he is much capable of handling different econometric tools. He is now well acquainted with statistical packages like SPSS, STATA, E-VIEWS, GRETL, Frontier 4.1, and DEAP .The author has published many research papers in various peer reviewed journals.
