Dr.V. David Chella Baskar, basically an Agricultural graduate and holds his Ph.D in the Division of Agricultural Economics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University with his Post Graduation on Agricultural Economics from ANGRAU, Hyderabad. Then he completed his Master’s and Doctorate degree in agricultural economics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
