He is recipient of more than 14 International/ National recognition award from repute organization for his contribution to the Agri-business field. Among those awards, he is bestowed with Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award by Governor of Kolkata, Krishi Bhushan and IRDO Young Fellow award. His field of expertise is Agricultural Business Management, Supply chain/value chain and marketing. Naveed Hamid is presently working in Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell IDP SKUAST, Kashmir and has worked in Ministry of Agriculture Co-operation and Farmers Welfare. He is also an Ambassador, ACPCL (M.P.) for promotion of FPO and Agri-business related activities in Jammu and Kashmir State and Peace Ambassador, Nepal.
