Dr. Biswa Ranjan Maharana earned his B.V.Sc. and A.H. from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in 2006. Dr. Maharana earned his M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Veterinary Parasitology from ICAR-IVRI in 2009 and 2015, respectively. Dr. Maharana is a recipient of many professional awards and recognitions including University Merit Scholarship during B.V.Sc. & A.H., ICAR-JRF during M.V.Sc., IVRI-SRF for Ph.D., CSIR-JRF, ICAR-SRF for Ph.D., CSIR-UGC NET, ICAR NET, DBT-CTEP fellowship, etc. He started his career as Assistant Professor at College of Veterinary Science and A.H., Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh (2011-2016) after which he joined as a scientist at Haryana Pashu Vigyan Kendra of Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS), Uchani, Karnal. He is actively involved in teaching, research and extension activities. Dr. Maharana has published over 85 research papers in national and international repute journals and presented his work in various National/International conferences. He has published 5 books, 10 book chapters, 5 teaching manuals and 30 technical articles. He is a recipient of many awards and honors for his valuable contributions and achievements in Veterinary Parasitology. He has been awarded twice for Ahluwalia best paper award, while eleven papers have bagged best oral and poster awards in various conferences. He has been involved as the Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-principal Investigator (Co-PI) in more than ten different institutional, inter-institutional research projects. He has to his credit various editorial assignments and manuscript reviewing for both National and International journals. He is a Lifetime member of several professional bodies like LASAI, IAAVP, HVC, IBC, ISP, etc. Recently, he has been selected as Associate Fellow National Academy of Dairy Science (India). He is an executive member of the National Academy of Veterinary Science and the Indian Association for Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (IAAVP).                                
Dr. Binod Kumar is a Veterinary Science Graduates who did his specialization in Veterinary Parasitology from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly (UP). For his post-graduation research, he received prestigious ‘Dr. J.P. Dubey Young Scientist Award 2010’. He has also received ICAR Senior Research Fellowship in Veterinary Parasitology during his Ph.D. studies. He joined the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Junagadh, Gujarat, as an Assistant Professor in the year 2012. Since then, he has been serving society with different capacities as anacademician, researcher, extension worker, and administrator as Head of Department from time to time. He has authored about 40 National/ International research articles, more than 200 GenBank (NCBI) submissions, 3 books, 6 book chapters, 7 practical/training manuals, etc. He has presented research papers at different national and international conferences and received best oral and poster presentation awards.                                                                                                                                                                                               

Dr. Snehil Gupta is an Assistant Professor (since 2016) in the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, College of Veterinary Sciences, Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Hisar (Haryana). He has secured first rank in B.V.Sc. & A.H. and a bright student throughout his academic career. He has received Four Gold medals, Academic excellence award, INTAS pharmaceutical merit fellowship award and Merit Scholarship award during his B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme. He has been awarded B.D. Behl gold medal for clinical subjects and D.P. Banerjee gold medal in Veterinary Parasitology. He has completed M.V.Sc. degree with ICAR-JRF from IVRI, Bareilly, U.P. with the first rank in the department. In 2015, he secured All India first rank in IVRI Ph.D. entrance and ICAR-SRF examinations. He has also cleared UGC-NET and ICARNET examinations. He has contributed more than 45 research papers, several book chapters, training manual articles and review articles in journals of National and International repute.                                                     

Dr. Jayanta Kumar Chamuah, born at Dhakuakhana, Lakhimpur district of Assam, on 01 March, 1979. He has completed B.V.Sc. and A.H. and M.V.Sc. degrees in Veterinary Parasitology from College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara, Assam Agricultural University in 2002 and 2005. He has been awarded University Merit Scholarship in both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. He did his Ph.D. degree in Veterinary Parasitology from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar- 243122, in 2014. He has been also awarded ICAR Net in 2008 and ARS in 2009 (Veterinary Parasitology). He is the recipient of ICAR-IVRI SRF for Ph.D. in 2008. He has handled two external funded research projects as Principal Investigator and three as Co-PI. He has also completed four institute projects as Principal Investigator. He has published seven papers in reputed International Journals and 29 papers in National Journals.Dr. Chamuah has also prepared two technical bulletins and published four reviews in referred journals.   

Prof. Veer Singh Rathore born in Nagour district, Rajasthan on 24th Sept. 1960; Graduated from Veterinary College, Bikaner in 1983 and completed M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from CCS, Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar in 1985 and 1992, respectively. He joined on 1st February, 1986 as an Assistant Professor, Dept. of Vety. Parasitology, SDAU, Dantiwada,Gujarat and served as an Associate Professor from 1994-2002 and as a Professor from 2002-2004, Professor and Head from 2004-2020. He is a recipient of Jawaharlal Nehru Award for Outstanding Post Graduate Research-1992 (ICAR), Bharat Ratna Dr. C. Subramaniam Outstanding Teacher Award for the year 2006-07 (ICAR Award), University Best Teacher Award 2005-06, CSIR–SRF-1989, National Fellow for the Indian Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (IAAVP)- 2010, Fellow of National Academy of Veterinary Sciences (NAVS)-2012, Fellow of National Academy of Biological Sciences (NABS) -2014 and Marwar Ratna National Award for meritorious services and outstanding contribution in the field of sciences and technology – Maharaja Hanwant Singhji Award-2014 from Jodhpur state. He is also a recipient of Fellow of Indian Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Research (IAAVR)-2017 for overall National and International outstanding contributions in the Field of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.Prof. Singh, joined as a Director, Resident Instruction-cum-DEAN, Post Graduate Studies, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna, Bihar on 24th February, 2020. Presently, Prof. Singh is having additional charge of DEAN, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Member of Board Management (BOM), and shouldering other Important positions in BASU, Patna.
