Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava was born on 29th September, 1975 in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh. He obtained B.Sc. (Ag) and M.Sc. in Agronomy from the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur(M.P.) in the year 1997 and 2001, respectively and Ph.D. (Botany) from RDVV, Jabalpur in 2012, respectively. After that, he served as Research Associate in Niche area project in medicinal and aromatic plants under the Crop Physiology Department. He started his career as Technical Assistant (Agronomy) in the AICRP- Dry Land Project, JNKVV, Jabalpur in 2013 as well as Assistant Professor (Agronomy) at JNKVV – College of Agriculture, Balaghat (M.P.) in the year 2015. He is actively engaged in teaching of Undergraduate courses of Agronomy. Also, he is actively engaged in research as Co-Principal Investigation of Farmer FIRST project and different extension activities of the College. He authored 35 pear reviewed research papers in national and international journals and 02 practical manuals.
Dr. Risikesh Thakur was born on 28th August, 1981 in Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh. He obtained Bachelor Degree in Biology in the year 2002 and Post-Graduation (M.Sc. & Ph.D.) in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, from the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur (M.P.) in the year 2005 and 2007, respectively. After that, he served as Project Associate under M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation project and Research Associate under AICRP on Long Term Fertilizer Experiment in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, JNKVV, Jabalpur (M.P.). He started his career as Assistant Professor (Soil Science) at JNKVV – College of Agriculture, Balaghat (M.P.) in the year 2015. He is actively engaged in teaching of Undergraduate courses of Soil Science. Also, he is actively engaged in research as Co-Principal Investigation of Farmer FIRST project and different extension activities of the College. He authored 45 pear reviewed research papers in national and international journals, 01 research bulletin and 05 practical manuals. He received Young Scientist Award (Soil Science) and Best Oral Presentation Award during International Conference in 2019 at Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu (Nepal).
Dr. Khenendra Kumar Deshmukh was born on 05th November, 1970 in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh. He obtained Bachelor Degree in Agriculture and Post-Graduation (M.Sc.) in Soil Science, from the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur (M.P.). After that, he served as SRF under ICAR funded project in the Department of Soil Science, College of Agriculture, Rewa, JNKVV, Jabalpur (M.P.) in October, 2000. During SRF he has also obtained Ph.D. degree from APS, University, Rewa (M.P.) in 2006. He started his career as Scientist (Soil Science) at JNKVV – Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Seoni (M.P.) in the year 2007. He is actively engaged in research and extension activities of the KVK. Also, he was actively engaged in teaching of Undergraduate courses of Soil Science at College of Agriculture, Balaghat from 2012 to 2015. He authored 16 pear reviewed research papers in national and international journals, 03 extension bulletin, 01 book and 01 practical manuals. He received best KVK Scientist Award and Scientist of the Year Award.
