Dr. Sujit Kumar started his career from Department of Horticulture and Food Processing, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand in 1997 and afterward moved to G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar under Directorate of Experiment Station with expertise in the area of Crop Improvement. He holds specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding (Ph.D.) along with Master of Business Administration (MBA). Presently he is serving as a Scientific Officer (Genetics & Plant Breeding) at U.P. Council of Agricultural Research, Lucknow from October, 2007. He has made outstanding contribution in the field of Agricultural Research and Development by way of commercial release of 6 varieties of pulse, Kalanamak Rice and Wheat crop (As a team member/coordinator of project), with publication of more than 60 referred research- review papers in journals of national and international repute in addition more than 100 other publications, 03 Books, 06 Technical bulletins, 06 Book Chapters, operated 5 research projects including multi-institutional/collaborative projects and organization of more than 15 International/National conferences - Congress/seminars/workshops/training programmes/brain storming sessions. Dr. Kumar has been awarded Distinguished Scientist Award 2014-15 by Society of Scientific and Social Development, Best Researc Manager of UPCAR-2014, Dr. Shankar Lal Vishisht Krishi Vaigyanik Award 2014 and Dr. Dhunmun Maurya Vishisht Krishi Vaigyanik Award 2015 conferred by U.P. Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Lucknow and presented by Governor of U.P., Outstanding Achievement Award 2015, at Rajmata Vijayaraje Sindhia Agriculture University, Gwaliar, Bioved Young Scientist Award 2016, Eminent Scientist Award-2018, Presented at National Seminar organized at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (Central University, Lucknow), Lifetime Achievement Award 2018 awarded by S & T SIRI for his outstanding contribution in the field of Genetics & Plant Breeding and Intellectual Property Management. He is continuously working for creating awareness about IPRs management, in Agriculture, Seed production, Principles and Tools of Crop improvement among scientists and other stakeholders. He is delivering a series of lectures on various issues of Intellectual Property Management, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Molecular crop improvement through physical and online mode (You tube Dr. Sujit Kumar, IPR). Additionally he is engaged in operation of Hybrid Seed trials for Private Seed companies, Planning of research issues, Monitoring and evaluation of research projects in crop improvement.
Dr. Anand Kumar is an Assistant Professorin the Department of School of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab). He obtained his B.Sc. (Ag.) at ASPG College, Lakhaoti (Buland Shahr), affiliated with CCSU,Meerut(UP)andM.Sc.(Ag.)inthedepartmentofGenetics and Plant Breeding from CCSU, Meerut (UP) & Ph.D. in the department of Genetics and Plant Breeding from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur(UP). He has qualified National eligibility test (ASRB/ICAR-NET). He has published and presented severalresearch papers in various International and National journals. He has an experience of teaching and research in the field of his specialization.
Dr. Manoj Kumar is currently working in Technical Services of Indian Council of Agricultural Research at Indian Agricultural Research Institute Regional Station, Shimla since 2019. He did his Graduation from Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Nauni, Solan, HP. Dr Kumar has done Master's inAgriculture (Plant Breeding and Genetics)from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishwavidyalya, Palampur, HP. He has also earned his doctorate degree in Plant Breeding and Genetics with thesis on Indian mustard in master's as well as in Ph.D. He has three years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor. Dr kumar has cracked many exams like IBPS AFO (Five times) National Seed Corporation Senior Trainee exam and many other competitive exams. He has also working experience in the banking sector as an Agricultural Officer. He has attended more thanfive National and International conferences. He has published many research and review papers in reputed journals.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar Singh is Ph.D. Scholar from IIAST Integral University, Lucknow. He Completed their B.Sc. Agriculture (2011) with first class and completed M.Sc. Genetics and Plant Breeding in the year 2013 with first class as wellfrom Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya, Mr. Singh is also having the more than 6 years experience in Research field with UPCAR. Mr. Singh also got the best thesis Awards from Science and Technology, Society forintegrated rural Improvement THORRUR, Warangal, Telangana in 2017. Mr. Singh has gotthe Young Scientist Award from S&T SIRI in 2018. He has attended more than 15 National and International level conference and also attended more than 30 National and International webinars, workshops, and online quiz, certification programmers. He has published more than 5 research papers and review papers in reputed journals, 15 popular articles, and 3 book chapters.
